Rules
- All ages are allowed in the space
- Pets are allowed in the space
- No smoking in the building
- Food is permitted
- Nudity is allowed
- Furniture, including mirrors, can be moved around the space.
- If you wish to move the couch, please ensure two people handle it.
- NO glitter or confetti is permitted.
- It is prohibited to remove the Light Bounce Panels from the base.
- Guests must avoid any damage to backdrop papers that were not previously requested. Any damage may result in a fee charge for replacement costs.
- Guests must respect the space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.
- Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card.
- Production insurance is not required
- Security cameras are on-site in the Studio area for safety reasons only.

Yes, furniture and decorations can be moved within the space. If you wish to move the couch, please ensure two people handle it.

Is there natural light in the studio?
Yes, the space has natural light, which can be blocked out if needed. The window faces north, so there is no direct sunlight at any time during the day.
Is the studio soundproof?
No, the space is not soundproof. However, it is situated in a quiet area. Unit 3 is occupied by a yoga instructor, and unit 5 by architects.
Is there an accessible elevator?
No, the studio can only be accessed via stairs.
Can I access the circuit breaker?
Yes, the circuit breaker is accessible.
How many people can comfortably fit in the studio?
Content Hub Studio can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people. Whether you’re hosting a photoshoot, filming session, small event, or creative workshop, the space is designed to offer flexibility while keeping everyone comfortable.
