Content Hub Studio is a hub that is always available for artists to bring their art to life. The Hub is a place where artists feel the freedom to capture their most creative thoughts and ideas. A hub where artists feel safe and supported by the community, the studio users and staff. We strive to foster an environment that encourages artistic expression and collaboration, ensuring every artist feels valued and inspired.

Can I move the furniture around?
Yes, furniture and decorations can be moved within the space. If you wish to move the couch, please ensure two people handle it.

  • A free parking lot is behind the building (first-come, first-served, no charge).
  • Other options:

    • Metered parking on Dupont Street:
      • Mon – Fri: 9 AM – 4 PM
      • Sat: 8 AM – 9 PM
      • Sun: 1 PM – 9 PM
    • No Parking on Dupont Street: Mon – Fri (4 PM – 6 PM)
    • No Stopping on Dupont Street: Mon – Fri (7 AM – 9 AM)

Is there natural light in the studio?
Yes, the space has natural light, which can be blocked out if needed. The window faces north, so there is no direct sunlight at any time during the day.

Is the studio soundproof?
No, the space is not soundproof. However, it is situated in a quiet area. Unit 3 is occupied by a yoga instructor, and unit 5 by architects.

Is there an accessible elevator?
No, the studio can only be accessed via stairs.

Can I access the circuit breaker?
Yes, the circuit breaker is accessible.
